Are you ready to make a lasting impact on middle school students in Davidson County? The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a passionate and organized Y-Quest Coordinator to lead our programming at Apollo Middle School and create a fun, supportive, and transformative environment for youth.
Essential Duties
- Lead Y-Quest afterschool and summer programming, including curriculum implementation and staff supervision.
- Build relationships with students, families, Metro Nashville Public Schools, and community partners such as NAZA.
- Track attendance, manage data in Salesforce and Apricot, and coordinate transportation when needed.
- Recruit, train, and support program staff and volunteers.
- Oversee administrative tasks including payroll, reporting, and inventory.
- Serve as a positive role model while fostering social-emotional learning and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1–2 years of youth development experience, or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
Compensation: Starts at $22/hour (higher depending on experience).
