Metro Parks and Recreation summer and afterschool program for middle-schoolers is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where youth feel socially and emotionally safe, positive youth development principles prevail, and learning is fun and engaging. We create an out-of-school-time culture where youth can develop untapped potential, feel empowered to learn about themselves, and are given opportunities to engage in their community.
