Metro Parks and Recreation summer and afterschool program for middle-schoolers is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where youth feel socially and emotionally safe, positive youth development principles prevail, and learning is fun and engaging. We create an out-of-school-time culture where youth can develop untapped potential, feel empowered to learn about themselves, and are given opportunities to engage in their community. Our activity offerings include: • STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) • Service-Learning • Social & Emotional Learning • Nutrition, Health, & Wellness.

Rocklife Youth strives to provide youth with a safe and vulnerable environment that promotes character building and improved academic outcomes.

WWCW Afterschool Academy features homework /tutoring, dinner, literacy moment, teambuilding, service learning projects, fitness activities, social /emotional learning sessions, and field trips. Parent engagement along with youth leadership opportunities will take place throughout the school year.
